The Atlanta Market brings about the summer market to help the community get back to usual business. The market, scheduled from 13 August to 18 August, will allow the retailers to source new products.

The new summer market season will be held at the AmericasMart in Atlanta to help retailers and designers bounce back from the damages of the pandemic.

The CEO of the International Market Centers, Bob Maricich claims that even though this time, the market in Atlanta might seem a little different, the aim stays the same. The aim of the market is to connect the buyers with the sellers.

The six-day market consists of about 300 showrooms presenting home décor collections on 12 floors. Accent furniture, casual furniture, linens, lighting, rugs, wall décor all come under this category.

It also consists of 19 floors of gift collections spanning over 700 showrooms. Gourmet, housewares, juvenile, seasonal, tabletop, and outdoor living are the categories the gift collections are presenting.

Between 14 and 17 August, the market will consist of temporary showcases of fashion merchandise, gift, gourmet, home décor, and tabletop.

Pre-market programming

The next season of Shop the Show program, a signature of the Atlanta Market will consist of five new themes. The themes will be explored with blog posts, look books and social media posts that will be on

“Cozy Up at Home,” “Do Your Home Work,” “Kitchen Comforts,” “Retail Revival,” and “The Art of Home” are the upcoming themes.

The Atlanta NEXT campus

The campus is undergoing renovations to compensate for new projects. The 11th floor of Building 2 will see the summer 2020 launch of a new lifestyle destination.

Building 1’s home décor collection sees continued refinements. The lobby of the Building 1 is in preparation for the winter 2021 debut.
