Details on the Opus
It is an 84,300 square metres cube with an eroded centre, creating a free-form void. The building consists of two towers that come together to take the shape of a cube.
A four-storey atrium that begins from the ground level connects the two towers. Apart from that, there is a three-storey bridge present at 71 metres from the ground level.
The exterior of the building has a dotted frit pattern that dissolves the volume of the building while giving clarity to the form of the building. The cube consists of a UV coating that reduces heat gain.
